Shippers should know that a non-binding quote is given as an approximated total cost of the entire moving process. Regions Van Lines gives non-binding quote for interstate long distance moves so that the client will have a better idea how much the relocation will cost them however, this won’t guarantee that there will be no necessary adjustments with the final bill since non-binding quotes are considered estimates.

As much as this sounds like an advantage to us, this will allow flexibility to the shippers when the moving day comes in terms of additional billed items and change in instructions. To assure you that we will never be dishonest to you in any way, we supply revised estimates every time there is a need to do so.
